Each proposal you produce is emailed to the staff member who was logged in at the time of creating the proposal.
If you'd like another staff member or yourself to be cc'd into these e-mails, you can do so by configuring the staff e-mail content for your proposals.

The proposal is sent to the client who's e-mail you input when you complete the proposal.
If you'd like to include somebody else in this e-mail from the business, you can do this from the create proposal tool by scrolling down to the customer e-mail section and using the additionally e-mail to field.
To include multiple e-mail addresses, just separate these by a comma.
