In some instances, you may not want to send a letter of engagement to your client. For example, if you want to show a prospect your service offering but are not at the point where you will be engaging them.
You can specify which documents you'd like to send for every proposal template.
Step 1. Go to Configure > Templates and E-mails
Click Configure.
Click Templates & Emails.
Click Edit next to the relevant proposal template.
Define which documents you'd like to send. Use the dropdown and select Proposal.
Click the Emails tab to configure your email content.
Click the Acceptance tab to define how you would like your client to accept the proposal,
Once you've edited your template you're good to go. Head to the Create Proposal page to create and send your proposal.
