You may use your GoProposal app to create draft proposals to ensure you are happy with the content, and how it pulls through. This allows you to check the pricing, proposal and engagement letter.

For a proposal to be signed and accepted by a client, this must be changed from draft to live on the proposal dashboard.

What happens if I send a draft proposal to a client?

If a draft proposal is sent to a client, they will see the message 'This proposal is a draft and therefore cannot be signed.' on the acceptance page.

How do I change this from draft to live?

To change the status from draft to live, head to your proposal dashboard and select 'make live and send'.

This will change the status of the proposal to live, and a copy of the proposal and engagement letter will be sent to your client.
