You can cancel your subscription from your account settings. After cancellation, you have limited access for 30 days before we permanently remove the account.
Cancel your subscription
Go to Account and select Manage Account.
Click Cancel Subscription.
Follow the on-screen steps to confirm cancellation.
What happens after cancellation
You have 30 days to access your account and download any information
You can’t send proposals or engagement letters during this period
After 30 days, we schedule your account for removal within the next 30 days
If you resubscribe after cancellation, a new billing period starts. We’ll charge you for a full month from that date
During the 30-day read-only period, you can log in to view and download your data. This includes proposals, engagement letters, and AML records. All data remains visible but you can't modify it
We'll remove your payment card details 30 days after cancellation when we delete the account and data
We schedule account deletion to occur within 30 days after the initial 30-day read-only period. This makes the total timeline up to 60 days
Reactivation Policies
If you reactivate your account within the 30-day read-only period, all your data will remain intact
After the 30-day period ends and we delete the account, reactivation isn't possible. We can't restore the data

Will my cancelled account still appear in my Sage login?
No, the cancelled account will disappear from your Sage login once we fully delete the account is fully delete after 30 days.
Can I access old engagement letters after cancelling?
Yes, during the 30-day read-only period, you can access and download your engagement letters and proposals. After this period, you must resubscribe to regain access.
How can I ensure GoProposal doesn't take any further payments after cancellation?
Once you cancel your account, we won't take any further payments. Ensure you download any necessary data during the 30-day read-only period.
What happens if I cancel my subscription to switch to a different tier?
You can cancel your subscription to upgrade or switch tiers and complete the process within the 30-day read-only period. You won't lose your data and settings.
