The dashboards give us the information we need so we can set targets to stay on track and take action where required.
The Dashboard at a glance
When the Dashboard page loads, you will find that the data on this page is blurred until you choose to un-hide the information. The reason for this is because the Dashboard screen is one of the first pages you will see when you log into your app, so if you are in a meeting with a client or a colleague, your sensitive data is hidden.
To unhide the data, there is a toggle in the top right corner, slide this to 'show data' and your information will be revealed.
Please note, if you leave the page and come back the data will be blurred again, this toggle does not stick to avoid your clients or colleagues from seeing this sensitive information.
The dashboard will give you a breakdown of the following:
Total amount of Proposals produced
Total amount of Proposals won
Total monthly revenue
Average monthly revenue
One-off revenue
This information can be filtered down in detail by using the dashboard filters. See the 'using the dashboard filters' section below for more information.
Monthly Targets
Monthly targets can be set to suit your business to help keep you on track and make a difference. The data provides you with the most concise amount of information that is actually actionable.
The monthly targets are edited using the 'EDIT TARGETS' button which shows to the right of the monthly targets section.
When you click into the 'edit targets' option the below window will load so you can define the targets on the different areas and proposal types.
Using the dashboard filters
The information on your dashboard can be filtered down by:
π Status - you can filter your search to specifically Live, Won or Lost proposals
π Proposal Type - you can filter on a specific proposal type - Proposal, Renewal or Extra Work Order
π Specific Time Period - you can filter your search to a specific time period including a custom date range.
π A specific staff member - you can filter your search to work produced by a specific staff member.
Recent Activity
You can review the specific proposal information from the filters used in the Recent Activity section, which is shown to the right of the Dashboard Page.
The GoProposal Academy
You can also access The GoProposal Academy on your Dashboard too. For further information on how to login to the Academy, click here.
The Success Steps
Also on the Dashboard are the Success Steps, which are a great feature to help you stay on track of your process within your GoProposal App.
