The dashboard gives you the information you need so you can set targets to stay on track and take action where required.

Dashboard at a glance

Why is the data blurred?

When the Dashboard page loads, the data on this page is blurred until you choose to show the information. This is because the Dashboard screen is one of the first pages you see when you log into GoProposal, so if you're in a meeting with a client or a colleague, your sensitive data is hidden.

How do I show this data?

To 'unhide' the data, use the toggle in the top right corner to change it from Hide date to Show data.

This reveals your data.

📎NOTE: If you leave the page and come back the data will be blurred again. This option doesn't save so that you prevent your clients or colleagues from seeing this sensitive information.

What appears on the dashboard?

The dashboard gives you a breakdown of the following:

  • Total amount of Proposals produced

  • Total amount of Proposals won

  • Total monthly revenue

  • Average monthly revenue

  • One-off revenue

📌TIP: You can filter down this information in detail by using the dashboard filters. See the 'Using the dashboard filters' section below for more information.

Monthly Targets

You can set monthly targets to suit your business to help keep you on track and make a difference. The data provides you with the most concise amount of information that is actionable.

Edit monthly targets

  1. Click the EDIT TARGETS button to the right of the monthly targets section to amend your monthly targets.

  2. A window appears where you can define the targets on the different areas and proposal types.
