Understanding your Dashboard

The GoProposal dashboard combines proposals and engagement letters and monthly targets in two separate tabs. It provides key metrics, lets you set monthly targets, filter data, and review recent activity.

Dashboard overview

The dashboard displays a Proposals and Engagement Letters tab and a Monthly Targets tab.

Proposals and Engagement Letters

This tab shows all proposals and engagement letters and is the default view in Dashboards. Each edit of a proposal or engagement letter creates a new version, and only the most recent is active. The system will deactivate older versions, which will remain available but unable to resend.

The list view includes:

  • Proposal list: all proposals and their type - Proposal, Letter of Engagement, Renewal, or Extra Work Order

  • Status: Live, Draft, Lost or Won

  • Client email status: inactive, Sent, Not sent, Received, Bounced, Opened or Failed

  • Start date

  • Principal in charge

  • Created date

You can filter your proposals by:

  • Company name

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Proposal ID

  • Email

  • Date created

  • Status

  • Proposal type: Proposal, Letter of Engagement, Renewal or Extra Work Order

  • Staff member

  • Follow up date: Next 7 days, Next 30 days, More than 30 days or Overdue

  • Principle in charge

  • Person responsible

  • Documents included in the proposal: Proposal and letter, Proposal only or Letter only

The Export to CSV button is at the top of the page for easy access.
