How to check if a proposal email has bounced

Learn how to identify if a proposal emailed to a client has bounced in GoProposal.

It's important to confirm that the system has delivered your proposal and engagement letter emails successfully. If an email fails to send, GoProposal notifies you in two ways:

  • Email notification: You’ll receive an email alert if a proposal email bounces

  • In-app status: You can check the Email column on your Proposals and Engagement Letters tab of the dashboard

If you receive a bounce notification, verify the client’s email address and resend the proposal.
