It's important to confirm that the system has delivered your proposal and engagement letter emails successfully. If an email fails to send, GoProposal notifies you in two ways:
Email notification: You’ll receive an email alert if a proposal email bounces
In-app status: You can check the Email column on your Proposals and Engagement Letters tab of the dashboard
If you receive a bounce notification, verify the client’s email address and resend the proposal.
