You can add internal notes to every proposal you create to store key information for you and your team.
Step 1. Create A Proposal
Create a proposal as normal and generate the fees for your client.
Step 2. Complete The Proposal
Complete the proposal and fill out the company and client details.
You will see the option to add an internal note below these sections within the Internal Details part of the tool.
Save this proposal as a draft or send it.
Step 3. Viewing Your Notes
Internal notes will appear when you hover over the blue information icon on your proposal dashboard.
