Connect GoProposal with Senta

The Senta integration streamlines your onboarding process by linking GoProposal line items and proposal templates to Senta workflows. This ensures that key processes start immediately after proposal acceptance.

Step 1 - Connect GoProposal to Senta

  1. In GoProposal, go to Settings and select Integrations

  2. Find Senta and click Connect

  3. Enter your Senta Access Key and Subdomain name

How to find your Senta Access Key:

  • Log in to Senta in a new browser tab

  • Go to Settings > Users > Add Integration

  • Name the integration (for example, GoProposal)

  • Click Generate API key and copy the key

How to find your Senta Subdomain:

  • Your subdomain is the part of your Senta URL before .senta.co.

  • Example: If your URL is https://firmname.senta.co, your subdomain is the firm name.

Click Save to complete the connection.


Step 2 - Match line items to Senta workflows

  1. In GoProposal, go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. Click Edit next to the relevant line item.

  3. Open the Integrations tab.

  4. Use the dropdown to match the line item to the related Senta service.

  5. Save your changes.


Step 3 - Assign workflow bundles to proposal templates

  1. In GoProposal, go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.

  2. Click Edit next to the proposal template you want to link.

  3. Open the Senta tab.

  4. Assign one or more workflows to Senta services. For example, assign a “Welcome Process” workflow to a new client proposal template.

  5. Save your changes.

When someone signs a proposal of this type, Senta immediately triggers all assigned workflows. This setup ensures a smooth and automated process.
