How to create a proposal for multiple companies

You can build one proposal with services for multiple clients with the Multiple Entities feature in GoProposal, each with its own scope. This saves time, avoiding separate proposals for clients managing multiple businesses or interests.

Before you start

  • Enable the Multiple Entities feature in your GoProposal settings

  • Ensure you configure your services and pricing for entity-specific customisation

Build a multiple entities proposal

  1. Start a new proposal after enabling Multiple Entities.

  2. Add the first entity and define its criteria.

  3. Click to add other entities and set their criteria.

  4. When selecting services, assign each service to the relevant entity.

  5. To apply a service to multiple entities, click and select the entities, then define the scope for each.

Review and edit calculations

  • On the Calculations page, expand the breakdown to view costs for each entity

  • Edit as needed for full control over pricing and scope

Proposal and Letter of Engagement

  • The proposal clearly shows which services relate to each entity for client clarity

  • In the Letter of Engagement, use the entities list merge tag to include all entity names

  • The system only requires one signature, ensuring a smooth process for multi-entity proposals
