GoProposal promotes monthly billing for better cash flow and client management. However, you can:
Catch up on the previous year’s accounts
Provide an annual cost for a legacy client
You can achieve this by annualising costs in your proposals.
Enable annualised costs
Go to Configure and select Pricing Tool.
Click the Annualised Costs tab.
Ensure you tick Enable Annualised Costs?
(Optional) Apply a price adjustment:
Select Increase or Discount from the dropdown
Enter the percentage in Annualised Costs Price Increase/Discount
Apply annualised billing in a proposal
In the Calculation section of the proposal, click Billing Cycle.
Select Annualised Billing.
The system multiplies monthly costs by the proposal period and applies any discount or increase.
📎NOTE: The calculation view still shows monthly totals for individual services, but the proposal document updates to reflect annualised billing.
