The minimum monthly fee ensures your proposals never fall below a set value. You can apply a default fee across all proposals. you can also customise it for specific templates, such as sole traders versus limited companies.
Set a default minimum monthly fee
Go to Configure and select Pricing Tool.
In the Pricing Settings tab, scroll to the Apply a minimum monthly proposal fee section.
Enter your default minimum monthly fee.
Click Save Settings.
Set a minimum fee for a specific template
You can override the default fee within individual proposal templates.
Your proposals will always meet or exceed the minimum monthly fee you have set.
