In GoProposal, you can have two confirmations in your letter of engagement. One that requires a signature and one that doesn't.

In certain circumstances, you may want to send a letter of engagement as an update to your client but not require this to be signed. For example, when you send out an extra work order or perform a quarterly fee review.

We have a no signature agreement statement in GoProposal to account for this so that the final page of your Engagement Letter fully reflects the process being followed.

The no signature confirmation statement will pull through to any Engagement Letter where you have set your acceptance to no acceptance or acceptance only for a particular proposal template.

Configure wording

  1. Click Configure.

  2. Click Engagement Letters, then Engagement Suite.

  3. Click the Agreement Statements tab.

  4. Scroll down to the no signature version of your agreement statements and tweak content from here.
