By default, the system sends proposals to the client identified when you create the proposal, and the staff member creating it. You can add other recipients for both staff and clients by updating e-mail settings or using the proposal creation tool.
Send to additional staff members
GoProposal emails each proposal automatically to the staff member who created it.
To copy another staff member:
Go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.
Edit the Staff E-mail Content for your template.
Add the additional staff e-mail address in the CC field.
Send to additional client contacts
When creating a proposal, scroll to the Customer E-mail section.
Enter the primary client e-mail address.
In the Additionally E-mail To field, add extra addresses separated by commas.
