After sending a proposal, you can track its status from the dashboard. This helps you monitor client engagement and follow up when necessary.
Check the email status of a proposal
Go to the Proposals and Engagement Letters tab of the dashboard.
The dashboard displays the email status for each proposal:
Not Sent - A user has created a draft but not sent the email
Sent – A user has delivered the proposal email
Received - The client has received the email but not opened it
Opened – The client has opened the email
Bounced – The system couldn't deliver the email
Manage proposals
From the dashboard, you can also:
View proposal details
Resend proposals if needed
Track other key information such as proposal type and value
You can confirm whether your client has received and opened the proposal email, helping you plan timely follow-ups.
