When setting up your letter of engagement, you'll see an Approval slider at the top of the page. Use this once the content is correct and legally compliant. Approval ensures your letters are ready to automate for every client you work with.
Approve your letter of engagement
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
Review the content of your letter carefully.
Use the Approval slider at the top of the page to mark it as approved.

If you aren't using OverSuite, you must transfer your current letter of engagement into the system during setup
