How to redirect clients after proposal acceptance

Discover how to redirect clients to a specific web page after they accept a proposal or engagement letter in GoProposal.

After a client approves a proposal or engagement letter, you can redirect them to any URL.

Common uses include:

  • Sending clients to a thank-you page with a video

  • Directing clients to a form to capture other details


Redirect clients after proposal acceptance

  1. Go to Configure and select Templates & E-mails.

  2. Edit an existing proposal template or create a new one.

  3. In the Redirect when this Proposal is Accepted field, enter the URL you want clients to visit.

  4. Click Save Settings.

📎NOTE: If you use the GoCardless integration and have payment set to occur after acceptance, you can't use the redirect feature.
