Connect GoProposal with Zapier

Zapier lets you link GoProposal to thousands of apps without coding. You can trigger actions from proposals, and send data to other platforms for reporting or automation.

Step 1 - Create a Zapier account

Sign up for a Zapier account at zapier.com if you don’t already have one.

Step 2 - Enable Zapier in GoProposal

  1. In GoProposal, go to Settings and select Integrations.

  2. Select Zapier and connect the integration.

  3. Copy your API Key from this page.

Step 3 - Set up a Zap in Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap.

  2. Choose GoProposal as the trigger app.

  3. Select a trigger event:

    • Proposal Created

    • Proposal Won

  4. Connect your GoProposal account using the API key you copied earlier.

Step 5 - Choose the destination app

  1. Select the app you want to connect to GoProposal (for example, Google Sheets, Slack, or Mailchimp).

  2. Map the GoProposal data fields to the fields in your chosen app.

  • Line Items (as a list). Zapier can export line items as lists. You can use them in external programs or reporting tools

📎NOTE: You can export line items only as lists, not as JSON. Zapier is the only method for exporting line item data from GoProposal.

Important information

  • There can be a short delay before a Zap is triggered

  • Each Zap is unique. GoProposal provides support only for the initial connection

  • Zapier enables internal reporting by exporting GoProposal data to other platforms for analysis
