Change your GoProposal subscription plan

GoProposal allows you to adjust your subscription at any time. You can upgrade for more features and higher limits or downgrade to manage costs.

Change your plan

  1. Go to Account and select Manage Account.

  2. Select Change Plan.

  3. From the list of available plans:

    • To upgrade: Choose a higher-tier plan with more features and proposal limits

    • To downgrade: Select a lower-tier plan that meets your requirements

You can adjust your plan manually at any time.

Important notes

  • If you downgrade and have already exceeded the proposal limit for the lower tier, you won’t be able to send more proposals

  • Check the number of users before downgrading to ensure it doesn’t exceed the new plan’s limit

  • Upgrading increases proposal limits and unlocks additional features

Cancel your plan

  1. Go to Account and select Manage Account.

  2. Click Cancel Plan.
