You can choose how you want to present and introduce the Key Dates table to your clients within the Engagement Letter.


This enables you to clearly define the dates you assume the liability for each service and set expectations around submission and filing deadlines.

You can learn more about the importance of the Key Dates feature here and how you can get that set up.

Edit The Key Dates Heading and Introduction in Your PDF

Head to Configure > Letter of Engagement > Key Dates

On this page you can:

  • Edit the introductory text to the Key Dates table in your Engagement Letter

  • Overwrite the column headings e.g. Deadline for all information and Filing Deadline.
