View and manage invoices in the GoProposal dashboard

If you have an integration with Xero or QuickBooks, GoProposal provides an Invoice Dashboard to view and manage invoices. The dashboard shows Sent, Due, and All Repeating invoices, helping you track billing activity.

Step 1 - Find client invoices

In the Invoices tab, you'll find three sections:

  • Sent:

    • Shows invoices sent to clients in the last 60 days

    • Use your browser’s search function (Command + F) to find a specific invoice by Proposal Name or ID

  • Due:

    • Displays all invoices currently due, based on the schedule set in your integration settings

  • All Repeating:

    • Lists all recurring invoices if you've enabled Auto-Invoicing in your integration settings

Step 2 - Enable auto-invoicing (optional)

  1. Go to Settings and select Integrations.

  2. Select Xero or QuickBooks.

  3. Enable Auto-Invoicing.

  4. Once enabled, recurring invoices will appear under All Repeating in the Invoice Dashboard.


Other tips

  • You can search Draft, live, and paid proposals within the Sent and Due tabs

  • Use the dashboard to monitor invoice status and ensure timely follow-up with clients
