You may need to change the account code that is linked to your line items once a proposal has been produced for repeating invoices. This account code may be different to the default code selected in Settings > Integrations, or within Configure > Line Items.

Step One

Where to find the 'All Repeating' section.

To edit your account code for repeating invoices, the first thing you'll want to do is head to the Invoice tab on the App.

Once on the dashboard, select the 'All Repeating' tab. Here you will be able to view all of your repeating invoices alongside the proposal name, and ID.

Step Two

How to change the line item account code.

To change the line item account code, select 'edit' beside the clients proposal that needs updated.

One you have selected 'edit', scroll down until you can see 'Line Item' & ' Account Code'. Here you will be able to see the line item, and the account code attached to it.

To change the account code, select the drop down bar, and select another account code to attach to the line item.

To ensure this pulls through, select 'Save Repeating Invoice', and this will save the new account code.

Once you have saved this new account code, this will apply the change for any invoices generated from then on. It will not apply the change to past invoices.
