How to disable Karbon work items for a proposal template

Understand how to prevent GoProposal creating Karbon work items for specific proposal templates.

If you use Karbon with GoProposal, the system creates work items automatically when a client accepts a proposal. To avoid duplicate tasks for repeating clients, you can disable this feature for individual templates.

Disable Karbon work items

  1. Go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.

  2. Click Edit next to the template you want to update.

  3. In the template editor, select the Karbon tab.

  4. Toggle Don’t create work for this template to On.

  5. Click Save Proposal Template.

  6. The change applies to all proposals created using this template from now on.
