Setting a custom date for your Xero invoices will help all of your due dates in place.

Step 1:

To edit your invoicing due dates, head to your GoProposal app then Settings> Integrations > Xero.

Once on the Xero tab, scroll down to 'How many days from the invoice date should the due date be?'

Step 2:

Use the drop down menu to select 'Custom Value'

Once you have selected this, you will be able to add in your custom due date.

Once you have added in the date, select 'Save Settings' to ensure this pulls through.

Once saved, this due date will take affect on all proposals raised after the date is added. To ensure this new date pulls through on old proposals, create a renewal and re send to your client or you will need to manually amend this outside of GoProposal.
