Setting a custom due date ensures your Xero invoices align with your preferred payment terms. You can configure this in your GoProposal Xero integration settings.
Set a custom invoice due date
Go to Settings and select Integrations.
Open the Xero integration.
Scroll to How many days from the invoice date should the due date be?
From the dropdown menu, select Custom Value.
Enter your preferred due date.
Click Save Settings.
Important notes:
The new due date applies to all proposals created after saving the change
To apply the new due date to existing proposals:
Create a renewal and resend to the client, or
Manually update the invoice in Xero
