Importing your clients into the Contact Hub helps you manage renewals and AML checks efficiently. Follow these steps to upload your client list from a CSV file.
Step 1 - Prepare your CSV file
Export your client list from your current system in CSV format.
Ensure the file includes the following fields:
Company name
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone
Mobile
Address
Notes
Step 2 - Upload the CSV file to GoProposal
Go to the Contact Hub.
Click Import from and select CSV file.
Click Browse files for CSV and upload your file.
Match each CSV field to the corresponding Contact Hub field.
Set the list type as Client or Prospect.
If your file includes both, adjust individual records in the Preview Records tab
Click Complete to finish the import. The process runs instantly.
Step 3 - Tips for a successful import
Check your CSV for duplicate records before uploading
Ensure email addresses are valid to avoid errors
