How to find your proposal allowance
On the home screen, go to Account and select Manage Account.
Under Your current subscriptions, you’ll see your plan details, including your monthly proposal allowance.
What counts towards your allowance?
All live proposals (Won or Lost) count towards your limit
Draft proposals don’t count
Engagement Letters you send under OverSuite subscriptions also count towards your allowance, with limits varying by subscription tier
Editing and resending proposals: Each version of a proposal you to a client counts towards your monthly limit. For example, if you edit a proposal and resend it, it counts as an additional proposal
📎 NOTE: Deleted live proposals still count towards your allowance. To avoid duplicate counts, save proposals as drafts before sending them to clients. Once the client confirms the changes, use the 'Make live and send' option to finalise it.
When does the allowance refresh?
Your allowance resets on the first of every month, regardless of your billing date
Unused proposals don’t roll over to the next month
OverSuite-specific limits also reset monthly, allowing you to send more Engagement Letters after the reset
What if you reach your allowance?
You can see warnings or bounced proposals if you've reached your limit. If that's the case but need to send more proposals, you can upgrade your plan. For example, upgrading from the Solo plan to the Basic plan increases your allowance from 5 to 10 proposals per month. OverSuite Standard includes up to 50 proposals or engagement letters.
Go to Account and select Manage Account.
Under Your current subscriptions, click Change plan.
Review available plans and select Upgrade.
Confirm your selection.
Upgrades apply instantly, so you can continue sending proposals. You can downgrade later using the same steps. We’ll pro-rata your next invoice.
