Help and guidance on the Sage ID integration

The Sage ID integration is currently under review. Any users who have the Sage ID integration set up can continue using as normal. Any users who do not have Sage ID set up are currently unable to access this integration for the moment.

I can't log in through Sage ID

If you're having issues with logging in through Sage ID please review the below.

A few additional steps you can try:

  • Ensure you have definitely set up a Sage ID login

  • Clear cache, cookies and temp files on your browser

  • Try another browser

  • Try another PC or device

  • Try resetting your password and make sure donotreply@notify.sage.com is added as a safe sender to your emails
