Add full page graphics to proposals

Full-page graphics make your proposals visually appealing and informative. You can add up to three graphics to any proposal template for branding or extra content.

Why use full-page graphics?

Your proposal acts as your salesperson after you leave the room. Adding graphics helps:

  • Showcase your brand

  • Include onboarding steps or service details

  • Add inspirational quotes or team introductions

How to add full page graphics

  1. Go to Configure and select Templates and Emails.

  2. Click Edit next to the template you want to add graphics to.

  3. On the PDF tab, scroll down to slide on the option for Full Page Graphic.

  4. Add your chosen images. You can add up to three images in the order you want them to appear.

  5. Click Save Template.

  6. You can preview your changes before sending your proposal.

📌TIP: We recommended using a size 210mm x 297mm (A4), and resolution of 150 dpi for screen, 300 dpi for best quality. The file size must be below 1 MB.
