There’s currently an issue when you try to edit or save items or content in proposals and engagement letters. This error occurs when you've copied content from an external source such as ChatGPT and pasted it into GoProposal. This can sometimes transfer hidden HTML code or whitespace that you can't see until you notice the error, or unexpected formatting issues.
To resolve this:
Copy and paste the affected text into Notepad. This removed the hidden code.
Copy and paste this reformatted content back into your proposal or engagement letter.
Save your changes.
