We have designed 4 different pricing types to help you to get the exact prices you want for your different line items.

These are listed below. Follow the links to learn about each pricing type in more detail.

  • Annual Revenue Prices
Factor in the revenue of your clients. Perfect for Annual Accounts. You can find a helpful guide on this here.

  • Fixed Prices

The simplest form of pricing for simple services. You can find a helpful guide on this here.

  • Number Range Prices
Cumulative pricing for services which cost more when you're doing less, such as payroll. You can find a helpful guide on this here.

  • Variation Prices
If you have multiple options for different services, variation prices are great. For example, different levels of support. You can find a helpful guide on this here.

Each of these pricing types can be charged on a monthly basis or as a one off cost - you will see both options when configuring your line item.
