Every service (line item) in GoProposal has a description which will appear in your clients proposal. These give your clients total transparency over what they will be receiving and really help you communicate the value of that service.
We've done a lot of this thinking for you so that you can get up and running quickly, however you may want to tweak or personalise these descriptions for your firm..
Your service descriptions appear towards the end of your proposal in a section called The Services You Have Selected (you can change this title by editing your PDF content).
How To Edit A Service Description
Step 1. Go to Configure > Line Items.
Login to admin area of your app and go to your line items page, which will bring up a list of all of the services you currently have in the system.
Step 2. Select edit line
To configure an existing service, select edit line next to that service.
Or.. add a new line item and build up from scratch
Step 3. Edit or construct your description
A pop-up box should appear enabling you to edit the features of the service.
Within the contents tab, you can edit the description in the box provided...
.. just save your line item when done and then preview your changes 👍
