You can include apps in your AppsMap to showcase your recommended tech stack or tools without charging for them. Disabling pricing ensures these apps don’t contribute to the proposal total, calculation interface, or cost table.

Go to Configure and select Line Items.

Click Edit Line next to the relevant service.

Tick the box labelled Disable line item pricing?

1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.
2. Click Edit Line next to the relevant service.
3. Select the MapsApp Icon tab.
4. Tick the box labelled Disable line item pricing?
5. Click Save Line Item.

When selected in a proposal, the app will appear in the AppsMap but won’t affect the proposal fee or cost breakdown.
