It is a requirement of several Governing Bodies to include a footer at the bottom of your Engagement Letters.

You can add your footer text into GoProposal so that it appear at the bottom of every page of your proposals and engagement letters.

Here's how you can edit it.

From the admin area of your app, go to Configure > Engagement Letters > Letterhead Components.

Click here to understand what everything else on this page means.

Add your footer into the field beneath the label Letterhead Footer Text.

If you are subscribed to the GoProposal OverSuite then this will be automatically populated for you but you can tweak it in the same way.
