Client email status: Inactive, Sent, Not sent, Received, Bounced, Opened or Failed

The Actions button on the right of each Live proposal allows you to:

- Download a proposal PDF (if it’s not Letter of Engagement only)
- Download an engagement letter PDF (if it’s not a Proposal only)
- Duplicate 
- Send an email reminder
- Mark as Lost or Won
- View signatures
- Reset to Live
- Delete the proposal

The Actions button on the right of each Won proposal allows you to:

- Download a proposal PDF (if it’s not Letter of Engagement only)
- Download an engagement letter PDF (if it’s not a Proposal only)
- View OverSuite documents (if configured)
- Duplicate 
- Renew
- Send an email reminder
- Reset to Live
- View signatures
- Delete the proposal

The Actions button on the right of each Lost proposal allows you to:

- Download a proposal PDF (if it’s not Letter of Engagement only)
- Download an engagement letter PDF (if it’s not a Proposal only)
- Duplicate 
- Send an email reminder
- Reset to live
- View signatures
- Delete the proposal

The Actions button on the right of each Draft proposal allows you to:

- Download a proposal PDF (if it’s not Letter of Engagement only)
- Download an engagement letter PDF (if it’s not a Proposal only)
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Mark Live and send
- Delete the proposal
