How to hide service fees in the Roadmap section of proposals

Learn how to control whether service fees appear in the Roadmap section of GoProposal proposals.

The Roadmap section is the final part of a proposal. It lists services your client can consider in the future but doesn't currently need. By default, GoProposal displays fees for these services in the proposal. You can change this setting in your pricing configuration.

Hide service fees in the Roadmap section of proposals

  1. Go to Configure and select Pricing Tool.

  2. Scroll down to the Upsell Section option.

  3. Use the dropdown menu to choose whether to:

    • Show fees for services in the Roadmap section

    • Hide fees for services in the Roadmap section

  4. Click Save Settings.
