In some instances, you may not want to send a letter of engagement to your client. For example, if you want to show a prospect your service offering but are not at the point where you will be engaging them.

It's nice and easy to get this set up.

You can specify which documents you'd like to send for every proposal template.

Step 1. Go to Configure > Templates and E-mails

Step 2. Select edit next to the relevant proposal template

Step 3. Define which documents you'd like to send

Use the dropdown and choose the proposal only option.

Step 4. Configure your e-mail content & Define your acceptance options.
To define your email content, head to the emails tab, then to define how you would like your client to accept the proposal, head to the Acceptance tab.

Once you have edited your template you're good to go! You can head to the create proposal page to create and send your proposal.
