In some instances, you may not want to send a letter of engagement to your client. For example, if you want to show a prospect your service offering but are not at the point where you will be engaging them.
It's nice and easy to get this set up.

Step By Step Guide - Proposal Without Engagement Letter
You can specify which documents you'd like to send for every proposal template.
Step 1. Go to Configure > Proposal Templates and E-mails

Step 2. Select edit next to the relevant proposal template

Step 3. Define which documents you'd like to send
Use the dropdown and choose the proposal only option.

Step 4. Define your approval options
Next, decide if you would like your client to be able to approve this proposal, or if you don't require any acceptance.
Switch over to the acceptance tab within the proposal template..

.. choose between Acceptance Button Only and No Acceptance Required.
Using the acceptance button only option, your prospect will be able to approve the proposal, but won't be required to sign any engagement letters.

Using the no acceptance option, nothing will be required for approval or signing.
Step 5. Configure your e-mail content
The final thing you'll want to do is configure the e-mail content that goes out with this proposal, to reflect the process your client will be following.
Switch over to the e-mails tab within the proposal template..

.. and construct the e-mail content.
No Acceptance
If you're choosing no acceptance, remove all references to engagement letters in your email.
Acceptance Only Button
If you're choosing acceptance only, construct the content to suit your process.
