Add a partner or directors signature to Engagement Letters

You can upload a signature for key people in your firm and configure GoProposal to include it in the confirmation section of engagement letters.

How it works

  • If your firm has multiple principals or partners, the system uses the person selected when completing proposal details

  • The signature and details appear at the end of the agreement statement in the engagement letter


Upload the signature

  1. Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.

  2. Select the Key People tab.

  3. Edit the key person whose signature you want to upload.

  4. Select an image file from your desktop and upload it.

  5. Click Save Principal.

  6. The system now displays the uploaded signature under the person's details.


Enable the signature in engagement letters

  1. Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.

  2. Expand the Agreement Statements tab.

  3. Under Confirmation (Signature Version), scroll down to select the Include a Principal’s Signature option.

  4. Click Save Settings.
