How to fix access issues with the GoProposal Academy

What to check if you can’t access the GoProposal Academy from your account dashboard.

The GoProposal Academy provides training courses to help you price confidently and deliver greater value to clients. You'll get access with an active GoProposal subscription. When you activate your account, it unlocks automatically.

If you can't access the Academy, follow these checks.

Is your account active?

  • Academy access is available only to active GoProposal members

  • If your account isn’t active, activate it first or purchase courses individually

Are you logging in via the dashboard?

  • Ensure you log in to the Academy from the Monthly targets tab in the dashboard

Is the main account email correct?

  • Confirm the main account holder’s email matches the email in Company Settings

  • We use this email to grant Academy access

  • Start a chat with us using the icon in the bottom right hand side of the page.
