OverSuite runs a Quarterly Review to check professional body regulations and legislation. We update engagement letters, service schedules, and scopes as needed.
If you’ve edited any OverSuite content, those sections won’t auto-update. However, you can scan for updates and revert to the original version at any time.
Step 1 - Locate the affected content
When we release updates, you'll see an in-app notification explaining the changes.
You can locate the content you edited in your app if it's possibly affected.
For Service Schedules:
Go to Configure and select Line Items.
Click Edit Line for the affected service.
For Introductions, Scopes or Terms and Conditions:
Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.
> Engagement Letter Suite.
Open the relevant tab (Scope Library, Terms and Conditions, etc.).
Step 2 - Scan for updates and revert if needed
Edited statements appear in orange. If an update is available, the statement will display an Update Available label.
To review and revert:
Hover over the statement and click Edit.
In the pop-up box, view the updated version.
Choose to Revert to Original Version if preferred.
