What to do if OverSuite content updates after you make changes

You can manage OverSuite content that you've edited when we release new updates during the quarterly review process.

Written by Russell Henderson

OverSuite runs a Quarterly Review to check professional body regulations and legislation. We update engagement letters, service schedules, and scopes as needed.

If you’ve edited any OverSuite content, those sections won’t auto-update. However, you can scan for updates and revert to the original version at any time.

Step 1 - Locate the affected content

When we release updates, you'll see an in-app notification explaining the changes.

You can locate the content you edited in your app if it's possibly affected.

For Service Schedules:

  1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. Click Edit Line for the affected service.

For Introductions, Scopes or Terms and Conditions:

  1. Go to Configure and select Engagement Letters.

  2. > Engagement Letter Suite.

  3. Open the relevant tab (Scope Library, Terms and Conditions, etc.).

Step 2 - Scan for updates and revert if needed

Edited statements appear in orange. If an update is available, the statement will display an Update Available label.

To review and revert:

  1. Hover over the statement and click Edit.

  2. In the pop-up box, view the updated version.

  3. Choose to Revert to Original Version if preferred.

📌 TIP: Regularly check for updates to ensure your engagement letters remain compliant.
