Do I need to reissue the engagement letter for an extra work?

Sometimes you'll you agree to do extra work for a GoProposal client. Understand what to do when the client has already signed an OverSuite engagement letter.

If you agree to provide an extra service for an existing client, you don’t need to reissue the full engagement letter. However, you must ensure that the client receives:

  • The service schedule for the new service

  • The Key Dates, including start dates, deadlines for information, and filing deadlines

You can send this information as an addendum by email.

How to include the service schedule in OverSuite

  • In OverSuite, you can set service schedules to read only from your line items

  • Copy and paste the relevant service schedule into your addendum email
