What to do if a service schedule is missing
1. The service is bespoke or specific advice
If the service is unique to your firm or involves tailored advice, you can't add it as a standard OverSuite schedule.
What to do:
Use the blank service schedule template in OverSuite to create your own
Watch our Advice Masterclass for guidance on:
How to protect your firm when giving advice
How to define the purpose of advice with an audit trail
How to draft a compliant bespoke schedule
2. The service relies on a third party
For example: Tax Investigation Insurance.
Accountancy firms can’t fund insurance directly
An insurance company often provides these services
The insurance provider will supply its own engagement letter or terms
What to do:
Use the documentation provided by the third party.
Don’t create a generic schedule in OverSuite for these services.
3. The schedule isn’t yet available in OverSuite
If the service isn’t in OverSuite because no one has requested it before or it's low priority:
Contact us via chat support
We monitor requests and update the library where viable
