How to customise Wahoo emails in your proposal templates

Discover how to edit Wahoo email content for specific proposal templates in GoProposal.

The system sends Wahoo emails when a client accepts a proposal. You can customise these emails for each proposal template, including templates where you don't need an acceptance.


Customise Wahoo emails

  1. Go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.

  2. Click Edit next to the template you want to update.

  3. Select the Emails tab.

  4. Scroll to Custom Wahoo Email and toggle on.

  5. Once enabled, the Staff Email Subject/Content fields will appear.

  6. Enter your custom subject and email content.

  7. Click Save Template.

When you generate a proposal using this template and the client signs and accepts it, the system will send the customised Wahoo email.
