The system sends Wahoo emails when a client accepts a proposal. You can customise these emails for each proposal template, including templates where you don't need an acceptance.
Customise Wahoo emails
Go to Configure and select Templates & Emails.
Click Edit next to the template you want to update.
Select the Emails tab.
Scroll to Custom Wahoo Email and toggle on.
Once enabled, the Staff Email Subject/Content fields will appear.
Enter your custom subject and email content.
Click Save Template.
When you generate a proposal using this template and the client signs and accepts it, the system will send the customised Wahoo email.
