In order to avoid duplicated tasks appearing within Karbon for repeating clients, the best thing to do is turn off the 'disable task' toggle within a Proposal Template.
Step One:
Where to access your Proposal Templates.
The first thing you'll want to do on your GoProposal app is head to Configure > Proposal Templates & Emails.
Once you have found your templates, select 'edit' beside the one you would like to disable Karbon tasks being created from.
Step Two:
Once you have selected 'edit' beside a proposal template, select the tab named 'Karbon'
Once you have selected Karbon, you will be able to view the 'toggle' that will say 'Don't create work for this template'.
Step Three:
Time to save!
Once you have selected this toggle, and are happy with any other changes made on the Proposal Template, select 'Save Proposal Template'. This will then pull through the changes to any proposals you create after this.
