Not receiving the Wahoo email after proposal acceptance

When a client accepts a proposal, GoProposal sends a confirmation email (the Wahoo email). If you don’t receive it, check the following areas to resolve the issue.

Step 1 - Check GoCardless setup (if applicable)

  • If you use GoCardless, confirm the client has completed their Direct Debit Mandate Form

  • To check:

    1. Go to Settings and select Integrations.

    2. Select GoCardless.

    3. Ensure the mandate is active in GoCardless.

  • The system prompts clients to sign the mandate during or after proposal acceptance


Step 2 - Confirm the client completed acceptance

  • When signing, the client must wait for the confirmation message before closing the page

  • If you close the page too early, the acceptance won't process correctly

  • Check you've added [email protected] to safe senders
