Step 1 - Check GoCardless setup (if applicable)
If you use GoCardless, confirm the client has completed their Direct Debit Mandate Form
To check:
Go to Settings and select Integrations.
Select GoCardless.
Ensure the mandate is active in GoCardless.
The system prompts clients to sign the mandate during or after proposal acceptance
Step 2 - Confirm the client completed acceptance
When signing, the client must wait for the confirmation message before closing the page
If you close the page too early, the acceptance won't process correctly
