How to send an email reminder for a proposal

If a client hasn't signed their proposal or they missed the email, you can send an email reminder from the GoProposal dashboard.

Check the proposal status

  1. Go to the Proposals and Engagement Letters tab in the dashboard.

  2. Find the relevant proposal.

  3. Check if the email status shows Sent, Not Sent, Opened, or Bounced.


Send an email reminder

  1. Go to the Proposals and Engagement Letters tab in the dashboard.

  2. Find the relevant proposal.

  3. Click the Actions button on the right-hand side of the proposal.

  4. Select Send email reminder.

  5. In the popup box, select who you want to send the email reminder to.

  6. Click Send.


What happens next?

  • Your client will receive a new email requesting them to review, sign, and accept the proposal

  • The engagement can’t start until the proposal is signed

📌 TIP: If the email continues to bounce, check the client’s email address or contact support.
