Add or remove a calculation for service pricing

GoProposal allows you to apply up to five calculation layers to each line item. This helps present complex pricing simply while maintaining accurate cost structures.

Why use calculations?

Calculations let you:

  • Apply other charges or discounts

  • Create thousands of pricing permutations

  • Keep pricing transparent for clients and easy for your team

How to add calculations

  1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. click Edit Line next to the service you want to update.

  3. Select the Pricing tab and scroll down to Calculations.

  4. Each calculation can multiply, add, divide or subtract a value from the base price.

Delete or reorder calculations

  • Use the arrows to move calculations up or down

  • Click the trash icon to delete a calculation
