How to personalise GoProposal with your company branding

Branding your GoProposal app creates a smooth experience for clients by matching your proposals to your company’s style. You can customise colours, fonts, logos, banners, and footers.

Access branding settings

  1. Click Settings, and select Company.

  2. Click the Branding tab.


Branding options

Brand colour

  • Click Select Colour to open the colour palette and choose your exact brand colour. The brand colour setting also affects the footer and other elements like the cover page, ensuring consistent branding

Fonts

  • Select fonts for headings and general text in your proposal PDFs

Logos

  • Upload your company logo for use throughout the proposal PDF

  • To use a different image for the proposal header or create a proposal page, tick the relevant box and upload the alternative image

Banners

  • Add a banner to the top of the Create Proposal page for a strong visual impression

📌 TIP: The optimum size for banners is 1200px – 1500px.

Footer

  • Add text to appear at the bottom of every proposal page

  • Use this for legal information or key company details. You can't add logos to the footer as it's exclusively for text content

  • You can't change the footer directly. however, the brand colour setting affects the footer and other elements like the cover page

  • If the Letterhead Footer Text field is uneditable, enable editing by clicking Click here to switch to Custom Text. Or update the information via OverSuite and save the settings


Preview your changes

  1. Click Save Settings.

  2. Create a proposal to preview your branding.

  3. Scroll to the Preview Proposal section and check the proposal and Letter of Engagement.
