How to hide line items and sections

You can hide services or sections in GoProposal to control what appears in proposals. Hidden items won't show in packages, duplicated proposals, or saved drafts.

Hide line items

  1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. Find the line item you want to hide.

  3. Toggle the Published button to turn it off.

  4. Click Save Sections.

Hide sections

  1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. Find the section you want to hide.

  3. Toggle the Published button to turn it off.

  4. Click Save Sections.

📌 NOTE: Hiding a section will hide all line items within it.

Preview your changes

  1. Create a new proposal to confirm the hidden items no longer appear.

  2. The system excludes hidden items from:

    • Packages

    • Duplicated proposals

    • Saved drafts

📌 TIP: You can also hide line items and sections when creating packages.
