How to re-import original line items

You can re-import line items in GoProposal if you've deleted sections or want to review your pricing. This won't affect your existing work or pricing.

Re-import line items

  1. Go to Configure and select Line Items.

  2. Click Global Actions.

  3. Select Import Line Items.

  4. Tick the Import box to re-import individual or multiple line items.

  5. Click Import Sections.

📌 NOTE: Re-importing doesn’t overwrite existing sections or line items.

Complete the pricing wizard

  1. After clicking Import Sections, a popup box appears to calculate your pricing.

  2. Answer the questions about how you price-specific services.

  3. The algorithm combines your answers with recommended methodologies to suggest fees.

  4. Adjust the suggested fees as needed.

  5. Click I agree to confirm and then click Import Sections.

Review imported sections

  • Imported sections appear at the bottom of your Line Items page

  • Scroll down to review and edit as required

  • Your previous work remains unchanged
